With a context window of 200K tokens, Claude 3.5 Haiku matched or exceeded the performance of the original Claude 3 Opus on many tasks at a fraction of the cost. Note: As of February 2026, Claude 3.5 Haiku has been retired and replaced by newer models in the Claude family.
